You may wonder:

Q. Can I do the labs more than once if I can't get it to complete, or for more practice?

A. Yes.  You paid for time on our servers, you can use that time any way you want to. 

Q. Can I do other things with the lab environment?

A. Yes.  You have access to a fully functional server, if you just want to exploer the operating system a little bit more, you can start up any lab and play around with it.

Q. What happens if I run out of lab time?

A. You won't.  We allocate enough time for you to do every single lab at least twice, but if you do run out of time just contact our tech support team and they will help you.

Q. If I am doing a lab, will someone else be able to connect to it?

A. Yes, but rest assured that we restrict access so that only LabMentors staff and your instructors can connect to it.

Q. None of the labs that you have really appeal to us, could you create something else for us?

A. Absolutely. Our team would love to create custom labs for you and is always willing to try new things with our system. 

Q. What about my firewall?

A. Our client software is able to bypass most simple firewalls and proxy servers; however, very strict packet filtering firewalls will have to be configured to have our site as a trusted environment. 

Q. We already have a Learning Management System, how would your Lab Management System work with ours?

A. 

Q. We need to develop our own labs in a very short period of time.

A. Our team can help, depending on the amount of labs that you need to have created and how much course content you provide us with, we can usually have everything ready for production in a few short months or even weeks. 

Q. Our instructors need to be involved in the mentoring process.

A. We can provide them with access to watch students performing labs and to our chat surport room so that they can connect directly to students no matter where they are. 

Q. I am an Instructor, will my account ever expire.

A. We clean up our database every year to get rid of old accounts that have been unused, but you can request a permanent account that will not be removed.
